About the Guests :
We are Wendy Guth and Krystal Eicher, co-founders of Serendipitous Rebel. Our entrepreneurial journeys began in different seasons of life, but both were rooted in the same desire: to build work that aligned with who we were and the lives we wanted to lead. Wendy came from a long career in nonprofit leadership and stepped into coaching during a period of reinvention. Krystal entered entrepreneurship after realizing she was living a life designed around everyone else’s expectations. We met in the travel industry, built a thriving business together, and then watched it collapse almost overnight during the pandemic. That forced pause became a turning point. Instead of going back to a model that no longer fit, we chose to create our own economy. We asked ourselves what kind of business would support our values, families, health, and energy. We wanted a business built on intentionality, clarity, and spaciousness rather than urgency and hustle. That is how Serendipitous Rebel was born. Today we help women do the same. Through our peer-led mastermind retreats at sea, we guide entrepreneurs out of overwhelm and back into alignment so they can design businesses that support their lives, not consume them. Our work is rooted in the belief that women already know what they need. They simply need the right environment, the right support, and the right space to access it.
